Australian insurance industry comments anger Ipswich Mayor

While the flood crisis is easing, the fight over who pays for the damage has only just begun.

The Insurance Council of Australia says local governments should and could have done more to protect their communities from flooding.

The remarks have angered the Mayor of Ipswich, a town outside the Queensland capital, Brisbane.
