Illicit drug use threatening health, security in East, Southeast Asia: UN

The latest report by the United Nations' anti-drug agency has confirmed methamphetamine remains the top illicit drug threat in East and Southeast Asia.

The UN Office on Drugs and Crime says meth use is a growing problem in the region with seizures of the drug in East and Southeast Asia accounting for nearly half of the world's total.
