US redefining its role as global leader: analyst

Tom Switzer, from the US Studies Centre at the University of Sydney, discusses the Obama administration's departure from its 'delusional' interventionist foreign policies.

He has authored an essay published in the magazine The American Interest, and argues "America no longer has the will, wallet or influence to impose an active and ambitious global leadership across the world."
