Japan PM's approval falls to new low

The political fortunes of Japan's prime minister Taro Aso continue to look bleak his popularity tumbling to a low of 14 percent.
And with it, also the waning fortunes of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party, which according to a recent newspaper survey, enjoys only 22 percent support.
