Samoan PM questions Bainimarama's state of mind

Samoa's prime minister, Tuilaepa Sailele, has questioned the state of mind of Fiji's interim prime minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama.
He was responding to comments from Commodore Bainimarama that Samoa had joined with Australia and New Zealand at the recent Pacific Island Forum leaders summit to bully other island states.
