China and India vie for influence in Tibet

While continuing to stem dissent within Tibet, China is also taking steps to make sure its sensitivities to the Tibetan issue is respected by its near neighbours.

To this end its been becoming more vocal and visible in Nepal. But as China Nepal relations flourish what is the cost to India?
