Pre-election tension mounts in Aceh

Tension continues to mount in the Indonesian province of Aceh in the lead up to next month's parliamentary elections.

Last week five people were injured in a grenade attack on a cafe owned by the main party of Aceh's former separatist fighters. Grenade attacks, kidnappings and other low-level violence directed at political parties have been fueling fears of unrest ahead of the April 9 polls.
