Polling fraud allegations in Afghanistan cause divisions

America's top diplomat at the UN mission in Afghanistan has left the country, reportedly after clashing with his superior, the UN chief in the country, over how to deal with widespread election fraud.
Reports from Kabul say the hasty departure is a result of disagreement over policy.
European election observers also say up to a quarter of all votes in last month's presidential election could be fraudulent.
