More troops or we could lose Afghan war: McChrystal

Leaked details of a sobering report on Afghanistan by the top U-S commander in the country have put new pressure on already wavering NATO countries about the extent and nature of involvement in the eight-year conflict.

General Stanley McChrystal has also been told by Washington to hold back on submitting a request for more U-S troops until a review of strategy by the Obama administration is complete.
