Structural engineers warn of more deaths if Padang quake rebuild poor
Updated
Four months on from a devastating earthquake, rebuilding efforts in Sumatra are being stepped up. It's estimated almost $2.5 billion dollars will be needed to rebuild the thousands of houses, schools and other structures damaged by the quake. Seismologists predict it's only a matter of time until a much more powerful earthquake and tsunami hits the region.
