Indonesia confirms death of Bali Bomber
Updated
Earlier in the day President Yudohoyono spoke at a official lunch at Parliament House and part way through was handed a piece of paper by one of his aides.
He later announced that one of the three suspected terrorists killed in a raid on Tuesday WAS Dulmatin - a key figure in Jemaah Islamiyah who is suspected of being involved in the Bali Bombing. But doubts remain over whether it really was Dulmatin, with an Indonesian government minister saying DNA tests still need to be carried out to confirm the identity. If does turn out to be Dulmatin, the leading expert on JI says it's a significant blow to Islamist extremism in the region.
