Six party talks stall yet again

Six-party talks on North Korean nuclear disarmament have stalled brining to an end two years of negotiations with the outgoing Bush administration.

Outgoing US President George W Bush's hopes for leaving a modest legacy on the Korean peninsula seem dashed by the failure of talks with North Korea.
