Education review recommends significant change

The Bradley report is the most significant review of Australian higher education in more than two decades.

Back then, one of the big changes was opening Australia's doors to international students who would pay fees .. a shift from education aid to education trade. But the Bradley review says its time for some work to build and preserve the system.
