UN envoy in Burma

The UN human rights envoy to Burma arrived in the country over the weekend to begin a six-day visit to evaluate the current rights situation there.

U.N. special rapporteur for human rights Tomas Quintana is making his second visit to Burma since the Geneva-based U.N. Human Rights Council named him to the post in May last year.
