Campaign tries to get Singaporeans spending

To Singapore, where the Singapore Tourism Board is trying a stimulus package of its own.

It's started a new campaign to encourage spending locals to spend, in the face of the downturn. '2009 Reasons To Enjoy Singapore' is a campaign is aimed at drawing Singaporeans to local attractions and shops.
