ASEAN challenged on rights rhetoric

The ASEAN leaders summit wrapped up in Thailand over the weekend.
And while ASEAN has always stood by the principle of non interference in eachother's internal affairs, it will have a human rights body in place by October. It's a first move, ASEAN leaders for the first time had a 30 minute meeting with civil society representatives at the ASEAN summit. But is ASEAN ready to translate rhetoric into action?
