Singaporeans refuse to settle

Singapore may be grappling with its worst-ever recession, but it seems Singaporeans are as fussy as ever about the jobs they take.

Despite a 14-billion US dollar stimulus package, the government's warned that the recession may well last through all of 2009. But if a recent jobs fair was any indication, Singaporeans are still turning down job opportunities.
