Malaysia PM's rights focus still lax

Human Rights campaigners in Malaysia are looking at the new regime of Prime Minister Najib Razak with some trepidation.
The PM started his leadership with promises to support human rights, and has released thirteen prisoners detained under the country's infamous Internal Security Act - which allows detention without charge. Yet many more prisoners are still being held under the ISA.
