'Culture of abuse' in Indonesian police

Amnesty International has released a scathing report into the conduct of Indonesian police.
It says there's a widespread culture of abuse and torture within the force. The human rights organisation is demanding the government acknowledge the problem, as well as establish an independent watchdog to investigate police.
