Vietnamese risk child health with substandard helmets

In Vietnam, children over the age of six months are now required to wear helmets if riding with their parents on motorcycles.

While the move has been widely welcomed, there are concerns that the market is being flooded with sub-standard helmets. These helmets are about five times cheaper and either carry fake quality stamps, or none at all.
