Australia begins bushfire planning, as investigation continues

In Australia's south eastern state of Victoria, the Bushfire Royal Commission has closed the first round of an inquiry into fire safety, after the death of 173 people in bushfires in February.
The Commission is not due to release its preliminary recommendations for six weeks but already the State Government is making its own moves in preparation for the next bushfire season. The government's moves are being questioned by a bushfire expert who warns they're well below what's needed for this coming fire summer.
