Australia urged to reject Bill of Rights

A constitutional law expert has warned Australia against adopting a formal Bill of Rights.
Australia has set up an independent commission to consider the way the country looks after human rights - and one of the key issues to emerge is whether or not to have a Bill of Rights - like the US, Canada and New Zealand. But a Law Professor from the University of Sydney says many citizens in Britain feel a similar charter there has impinged on their rights rather than upheld them.
