Devastating storm causes heavy toll in Philippine capital

The heaviest rain in over 40 years in the Philippines has killed at least 73 people and left another 330,000 homeless.

Tropical Storm Ketsana hit Manila with a nine-hour deluge, submerging houses and turning roads into raging rivers.
