Australian colleges feel pinch of post-graduates shortage

Education is one of Australia's biggest exports, and at the more popular end, international students enrolled in vocational programs earn a chance to migrate to Australia in exchange for filling a skills shortage.
But there is also a shortage at the more elite end of the spectrum -- and Australian universities are paying heavily to fill their post-graduate programs with international recruits.
