SBY delays Australia visit
Updated
After a gruelling few weeks over the issue of Sri Lankan asylum-seekers, Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono met on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Singapore last weekend.
To date, there have been few details of an Australia-Indonesia accord to tackle the problem of people-smuggling. Now, President Yudhoyono has cancelled a planned trip to Australia. The Rudd Government did not schedule a confirmed date, but the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra had previously announced that SBY would be here later this week.
