Halal tourism on the rise

It's estimated that nearly one-quarter of the world's people are Muslims.
It's surprising therefore, that the tourism and travel industry has not responded to the needs of Muslim travellers. One man who's tapping into this area, is Singaporean businessman, Fazal Bahardeen. Mr Fazal remembers packing his own halal ready-to-eat meals as Muslim-friendly meals were hard to come by overseas.
