'Robin Hood' tax on global finance gets boost

A 'Robin Hood' tax on financial transactions - aid groups have demanded it and now 60 governments say they support it and intend to lobby at the United Nations.
There is still significant opposition to the idea in America, but Europe is well behind it. At a meeting in Paris, a working group has delivered a review of the proposal on behalf of 60 countries, which will take it to a summit in New York later this month.
