Two teenage boys are killed and another is critically injured when a 19-year-old man loses control of his car and crashes into a tree at Secret Harbour, in Perth's south.

Two teenage boys have been killed in a crash in Secret Harbour, in Perth's south overnight.

The pair, aged 16 and 17, died when the driver of the car lost control on a bend on Secret Harbour Boulevard about 7.30pm on Friday and crashed into a tree, police said.

A third passenger is in a critical condition in hospital and the driver is in a serious but stable condition.

Officers from the Major Crash Unit are investigating.
