Tokyo exports baseball stars to America

Later this morning, the worlds second largest economy will come to a standstill, as Japan is transfixed by a baseball game being played in America.

The annual all-stars fixture will -- for the first time -- feature two Japanese players. One of them is Ichiro Suzuki -- who's become a national obsession in Japan, generating millions of dollars for the Japanese economy.... as Tokyo correspondent Mark Simkin reports.
