A powerful bomb in Nepal's capital Kathmandu has killed three people and injured several others.

It's not clear who was behind the blast but it's reported that the bomb was similar to those used during the Maoist insurgency.

A growing number of small but violent outfits have placed further pressure on Nepal's fragile peace process.
