China People's Congress focuses on economy

It is day two of the People's Congress in China, the once in a decade meeting to cement the next generation of leaders. 

Amid provincial meetings discussing the success of the last five years, came some good economic news - the country's lowest inflation figures in three years.

Beijing has also engaged in some sabre rattling on the issue of Taiwan, with outgoing President Hu Jintao warning the island nation not to make further moves towards independence.
