Environmental group plans to sue bank funding PNG LNG project | Pacific Beat

The U-S Export Import Bank is a Government agency, and is providing $3 billion in financing to ExxonMobil and partners for the LNG project. But Turtle Island Restoration Network says there hasn't been appropriate investigation of environmental impacts as required under the U. S. Endangered Species Act.
