The Fijian government is taking a new and tougher approach to dealing with copper theft.

Fiji's cabinet has just approved a new decree and installed a new set of regulations designed to prevent thieves from selling stolen scrap metal. The move has been welcomed by businesses in Fiji affected by the problem.
