Indonesian boys 'wallowing' in Australian jails: lawyer

Human rights campaigners say about one hundred Indonesian boys are being held in Australian adult prisons accused of people smuggling.

It's alleged the children were crew members on boats carrying asylum seekers from Indonesia to Australia.

Criminal defence lawyer and advocate Edwina Lloyd says many of the boys are from villages where birth certificate documentation doesn't exist.
