Robertson Galokale to run in South Choiseul

A record number of candidates will contest the upcoming Solomon Islands elections.

There are 17 new constituencies, 11 new political parties so far and six existing parties. In the 2006 poll, 10 political parties contested the elections. While some of the more seasoned performers, such as opposition leader Manasseh Sogavare, have declined Pacific Beat's offer to be interviewd ,others are more than happy to speak with us, including one of the intending candidates for South Choiseul, Robertson Galokale.
