Symposium explores art as a form of mental health therapy

A one-day cross-cultural gathering has been held in Melbourne, to promote the positive role of art in dealing with and treating mental illness.

The Dax Centre in Melbourne promotes mental health and well-being, through art and creativity.

Together with the group, Asia Australia Mental Health, it's hosting the first Asia Pacific Art and Mental Health Symposium.
