Smoking is the single biggest prevetable killer of Australians.

 
Luke Atkin from QUIT Victoria, Jamie Mushin, author of Quit for Life and Dr Ron McCoy from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners share notes on the psychology behind quitting addictive behaviours like smoking.
 
They address why smokers keep returning to the habit even after successfully kicking the physiological addiction.
