Album of the Week: Last Dinosaurs

Updated 1 May 2012, 9:30 AEST

Last Dinosaurs are a four piece band from Brisbane who could quite possible be on the verge of enjoying the ride of a lifetime.

Their album ‘In A Million Years’ debuted top 10 here in Australia and as the boys wanted, is a result of an honest and true collaboration between all members of the group and their producer.

With well over 16,000 facebook friends and a host of followers on twitter, their popularity is huge, but not confined to the virtual world. Performing live is extremely important to this four piece, who say their songs must have three core ingredients, musicality, technicality and a pop sensibility.

‘In A Million Years’ by Last Dinosaurs is Radio Australia’s Album of the Week.
