Ageing population and labour shortage threaten China's economy

Debate is raging in China about falling population figures and ageing citizens, and their impact on the economy.

For a long time, the abundant supply of cheap labour had underpinned China's economic expansion.

Now some say China's one-child policy is threatening to future growth.

But there are other pressing issues that China has to address if it's to keep its economy buoyant.
