China names new party boss for troubled Chongqing

China has announced the appointment of Sun Zhengcai as the new communist party boss for the scandal ridden southwestern city of Chongqing.

At 49 years of age, Mr Sun will be one of the youngest officials within the party's central committee and it's believed he's being groomed for bigger things.
