As Afghanistan anticipates the pullout of foreign forces in 2014, many Afghans fear the uncertainties, with security a key concern.

The distribution of humanitarian aid will also face greater challenges.

A new report has shed light on how aid agencies engage with the Taliban in Afghanistan.

The report, by the Humanitarian Policy Group, points to the inevitability of dealing with the Taliban, if aid is to be effective in Afghanistan.
