Gun control demands escalate in the Philippines

The Philippines has one of the highest murder rates in the world, and many of those killings are gun-related.

The country is soaked in weaponry, both legal and illegal.

But there's a huge public debate underway over gun control, after a mass shooting by a drug-crazed politician last week, and the deaths of two children from stray bullets fired during New Year celebrations.
