The Malaysian opposition coalition, the Pakatan Rakyat has launched its manifesto for this year's general election.

The P-R plan promises a revamp of Malaysia's economic approach, to reduce income disparities and benefits that are not based on race.

Pakatan says it aims to fulfil Malaysians' wish for fair and effective government.
