Still no justice for East Timor victims of 1999 violence

The governments of Indonesia and East Timor are being urged to address the demands of the victims of violence surrounding Indonesia's withdrawal in 1999.

Human rights groups in both countries say there's been no action four years after a joint commission made its recommendations.

Despite a Presidential Decree from Jakarta a year ago meant to push things along, there's been no real action taken.
