India's Government has vowed to find and punish those responsible for two bomb blasts in Hyderabad, which killed 20 people.

The bombs were attached to bicycles and were left outside a cinema and a bus station.

The first one went off around 7pm local time, when the streets were crowded and the second blast followed about two minutes later.

Hyderabad is a city of 10 million people in the south of the country and is a hub of India's IT industry.
