Vietnamese authorities worked quickly to disperse two anti-Chinese rallies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city on Sunday.

Twenty demonstrators were detained in the capital Hanoi as some 200 protestors marched towards the Chinese embassy.

Hundreds of others took to the streets of Ho Chi Minh City to protest what they say is Chinese aggression over disputed territories in the South China Sea, specifically the Spratly Islands and Paracel Islands.
