Cooking at home prolongs life, finds Taiwan study

In recent years, cooking programs have become huge prime time television hits.

But rather than inspiring more cooking at home they may have just turned it into a spectator sport.

With myriad options for dining out or ordering takeaway you might think that doesn't matter much.

But a new study suggests that not cooking in the home can harm your health and shorten your life.
