Food and water in short supply in typhoon hit Philippines

In the Philippines, where former-Typhoon Bopha has returned from the South China Sea to threaten the far north of the main island of Luzon.

The typhoon cut a swathe of destruction across the south of the country last week, killing more than 600 people and injuring almost 15,000 others, more than 800 people are still listed as missing and many thousands are homeless.

The path of the typhoon, now downgraded to a storm has curved, coming back at the Philippines.
