Guangdong leadership reshuffle signals China's new rising star

China's richest and most liberal province has a new leader, with the appointment of rising star Hu Chunhua as the new party boss there.

Hu Chunhua takes Guangdong province over from Wang Yang, a man seen as a reformer, at a time when small signs of reform in the media are showing.
