Japan has learnt from Fukushima disaster, says IAEA head

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency - Japan's Yukiya Amano - says the nuclear industry has learnt lessons from the Fukushima disaster and nuclear power still has a bright future, especially in the developing world.

Mr Amano is visiting Australia and has spoken about a range of related issues, including Australia's uranium sales to India and efforts to curb Iran's controversial nuclear program.
